We just checked in to the Hampton Inn in Lubbock this is one of the nicest Hamptons I've ever stayed at. Mona at the front desk was fantastic to work with. She offered Breakfast early even though we were on the red eye out of Lubbock going back to Austin. This is the best value for a very nice hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. Employees like Mona make the hotel stay process awesome. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn....👍👍👍

Got in late. Went to use restroom in room. When I lifted the toilet seat, there was drops of urine and hairs on seat. We cleaned the toilet with clorox wipes that we had. We let front desk know the following morning of our issues. She acted nonchalant, like it wasn't that big of a deal.

This was, no kidding, one of THE NICEST Hampton Inns we've ever stayed in...THIS location should be the template for ALL Hampton Inns to emulate! Super clean and expansive room and amenities, and along with the rest of the hotel, was sparkling and presentable. This hotel is located within a 5-15 minute of many great restaurants in Lubbock. They are also dog friendly! Just cannot recommend this location more highly.

I'm rarely disappointed at a Hampton Inn, and this Lubbock location didn't disappoint. Good location, clean room, and decent free breakfast. The staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. No complaints.

The staff was great, the breakfast was delicious, and overall clean hotel. My only dislike was that room 415 bathroom looked old, chipped, and distasteful for a Hilton/Hampton Inn. The toilet seats should be replaced. I’d come back though, just different rooms!

Stayed March 27 - 31, 2023 in Room #221. The rooms were perfect in size, and the bathrooms were also spacious. However, the walls are thin! I kept waking up to my "neighbors" phone vibrating. For a minute I thought a previous guest had left a cell phone that was stuck behind my headboard. Lastly, the main reason for my poor rating was due to the integrity of the cleaning staff. I was in a rush to leave the morning of checkout, and left behind my dress shirt, new pair of shoes, and pants hanging in the room closet. I called the next day and the front desk said nothing was turned in, they would contact house keeping and call back. I never did receive a call back, and my belongings were never returned. I can always buy new clothes, Hopefully the person really needed my things.

Rooms were nice, and the staff was very helpful with Mr. Omar up front and one of the housekeepers helped my daughter with hair essentials. Had a good convo with a kitchen staffer about using a pinch of salt to reduce the bitterness of coffee vs using sugar.
